UPPER | LOWER BODY STRENGTH

Focus on your choice of upper or lower body in our 50-minute, team training classes. This class will split our space into 2 sections: The Upper body section will focus on chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and more. The Lower body section will focus on hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, glutes, and more. We always incorporate core movements in our classes, so always expect to learn how to engage your abdominals.

FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING

Build muscle in our full-body, 50-minute, team training classes with our state-of-the-art equipment. Unleash greater power in an innovative circuit that alternates weight lifting with squat racks, benches, body resistance, dumbells, kettlebells and more to keep you constantly challenged. Expect to work out your full body as the class will hit a variety of muscle groups in upper body, lower body, and core movements.
