This full-body, 50-minute boot camp class will start your Saturdays off strong. This interval training style class will use mid to high-intensity body weight exercises mixed with cardio and weighted strength training. Expect to utilize different cardio equipment such as rowing machines and assault bikes as well as calisthenics to be pushed in this dynamic, functional fitness group class. Think strength with a hint of cardio.
